With more than a decade of experience in hospitality in the Walla Walla region, Heidi delights in creating unforgettable events that incorporate the most talented and visionary locals—from florists to farmers, winemakers to caterers, local gourmet artisan food, photographers, officiants, transportation, pastry chefs and musicians, Heidi knows how to bring in the right team of people who will work with her—and you—to create a singularly local, unique event.
BUSINESS RETREATS
Bring your team to Weston Mountain Lodge for an inspiring change of scenery. The lodge has plenty of breakout spaces, a large open floor plan to accommodate small groups, as well as indoor and outdoor seating for catered meals. A weekend getaway with a small work team is also entirely possible. From June-September, outdoor spaces invite creative ways to energize your team. Outdoor meadows, shaded trees, fresh breezes and abundant birdsong will brighten spirits, invite new ways of thinking and inspire new ways of working together.

Under the towering trees, near the pond, or in an intimate meadow, you can enjoy an unforgettable outdoor wedding in a serene and beautiful natural setting surrounded by the people you love. We can host outdoor weddings from June through early October and host up to 50 people. Plenty of indoor space for the bridal party, for overnight guests, or a wedding night stay. Enjoy a wedding meal in pleine aire under the trees, then dance the night away under the stars on the back patio. Take the elements you love about the Lodge and craft your unique and singular wedding!

Enjoy an inspirational retreat in a beautiful natural setting—a quiet and peaceful place to dive into works in process or gain inspiration for new creative endeavors.
The Lodge has great acoustics and is a wonderful venue for musical exploration, playing and creation. Alluring outside spaces on the land as well as proximity to expansive natural landscapes inspires and intrigues the senses.
